At DYNAMIC DRIVES Giessen, we believe that the e-bike industry is on the brink of an unprecedented evolutionary leap. Currently, we are in a phase of transition: from a startup to a serial manufacturer with global ambitions. TASKS

• Transition of the project from the pilot series to serial production.
• Drafting, tracking, and evolving specifications.
• Leadership and coordination of development partners.
• Supervision of tests and certification (of vehicles and propulsion systems).

EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

PROFESSIONAL AND TASK-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

• Strong creativity and independence in problem-solving.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Mechanical and electronic knowledge for the development of mechatronic products.
• Experience in project management and with electronic drive systems.
• Knowledge in the field of e-bikes and standardization.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Fluent and proficient in both German and English, both spoken and written.
